# Justin Giordani Milestones

This site aims to show how I plan to tackle the wicked problem of advancing my education and accomplishing my career goals!

## 2024 Goals

As a 4th year student, I plan to complete my undergraduate education here at Georgia Tech in May. To do this, I plan to finish my neuroscience classes alongside the classes necessary for my Business Analytics certificate. I want to finish with a 4.0 GPA, so I plan to push myself this semester to the best of my ability to finish strong. 

After graduating, I'd like to ease the transition into my post-grad career in Healthcare consulting. I plan to move to an office in Chicago, so adjusting to work after college will certainly be an adjustment. To help my success in my role, I plan to network with various individuals in the company and absorb their advice to perform at my top potential. 

## 2025 Goals

In 2025, I will have gotten through the transition period from college to post-graduate life. By this time, I will have a decent grip on what my work life is like, then I can continue to focus on furthering my success in the consulting industry. 

Throughout this year, I plan to develop my analytical skills, explore various industries through different projects, and expand my professional network through networking events and conferences.

Towards the end of the year, I plan to begin studying for the GRE/GMAT in preparation for applying to business school. I'd like to join the '26 Management for Leadership Tomorrow cohort to facilitate my preparation for attending a top business school.

## 2026 Goals

In 2026, I plan to begin a Masters of Business Administration program at a school part of the M7, Magic 7, network. While attending one of these schools, I want to specialize in the Healthcare Administration aspect of the degree because that's what I'd like my future career to be in.

Through this MBA program, I'm likely to be connected to experienced healthcare professionals, therefore expanding my network even further. Connecting with these individuals would allow me to secure a leadership opportunity in a Healthcare Administrator type of role in a hospital or hospital group.
